"Roam"

A$1,848.00

The four black and white artworks from “Ouroboros” are inspired by the traditional photography process of placing a black and white photograph into solution to develop. By taking away the colour from these artworks the emphasis lies on the movement of the Ouroboros "snake" which is the winding path - a motif present in each artwork from the Ouroboros series. Each of the black and white artworks presents a different feeling of each stage of the Ouroboros cycle depending on how you look at and interpret it, drawing from personal experiences. Removing the colour also allows the viewer to appreciate the finer detail in these artworks.
